REDEEM POST AT MUST LOVE GOD TODAY

Hi Everyone! I am over at MUST LOVE GOD today talking about my one word for 2013. Choosing a one word for the year I have found is something I can stick with rather than a NEW YEAR'S resolution. Three years ago I decided to choose the word ABIDE, and I was so amazed how GOD showed me, and changed me, through HIS one word. If you haven't chosen one yet, I encourage you to do so... just watch how GOD reveals HIMSELF to you throughout the year.

I am a wife, mother and Sister in Christ. Although these are important to me, they don't completely define me. I will boast only for Christ. HE alone is my Savior, my Anchor, my Shepherd and my God. I love my daily walk with HIM. HE alone gives me each new day to serve as HIS hands and feet. I am very humbled to be called HIS friend and servant. So therefore, I persevere for HIM. HE alone has given me the hands to author this, the thoughts to inspire this, the eyes to see and the ears to hear HIS still small voice in the night. HIS grace and HIS mercy allows me to realize the prescious gift of walking this earth. And so I continue walking HIS path that has taken me through glorious valleys and majestic mountain tops. HIS love for me and my love for HIM is really all that matters. HE alone knows my heart, my weaknesses and my strengths. And I pray that as I go forth on this journey that HE will never let go of me and that HIS light alone will shine through like rays of sun, shining like crystals on a deep blue sea.
